“The best new TRANCE and PROGRESSIVE in a 2 hour Mix — Th-This is a state of Trance-Trance-Trance”

These words kick-off the most famous music show world-wide, a session from Armin-Van-Buuren’s ‘A State of Trance’.

Trance genre and I go way back. Been in love with this genre of music ever since I listened to ‘In and Out of Love’, before that I listened mostly to Techno and other Electronica sub-genres.

To the newbies out there, trance and progressive music is very euphoric, melodic and even hypnotic! It induces strong emotion (as classical music did, maybe due to its tempo between 125 and 160 bpm). Hence, in an art-block, am I? Let’s listen to some Trance (and maybe Bach’s Preludium in C Major too).

I find much of the art in these side-effects of creating art in itself. I would not use the eraser when most necessary. The rather polluted negative-space has created an aura of dream-like qualities- has as it not?

Lightly dancing to music

‘I believe
I believe
I believe
I believe
I believe
I believe
in love, love, love, love, love.

When you cant see the forest or the trees,
For all the colors of your dreams,
Just turn to friends their help transcends to love, love —‘
Ah here I go again, motioning my head slightly ( just enough, so not to seem peculiar to others) to the very catchy tune on this song from the film, Mirror Mirror. And this has been going on for last 5 days. Yes, 5 days to be exact. And it is fading away.

Though, a tortune this song is not. I really do like this song, it has the catchy nature of Rebecca Black’s Friday, but feels good to listen to.

Well, I have to go for now, had to do something…. but can’t remember what- ‘I believe
I believe
I believe
I believe
I believe …….’

I Made A Music Light Box!

I Made A Music Light Box!

And I made it by following this guide… ( click image)
Ah the circuit was so easy, but much time was spent for finding a power source and successfully connecting the wires to that. Why?
Well, I used the 3.6 V Li-ION battery from an old Nokia that was lying around. The trouble was that it’s metallic plates ( or the connectors if you may) were abit depressed in the casing of the battery. So I taped the wires on, but they wouldn’t touch the plates much, and so, after trying much time trying to tape it all smoothly, the annoying ol’e wires just popped out immediately (when I stopped supporting it with my fingers), so anyways, today I just wound a string around it to keep it in place..and it works!
P.S
I connected my ones ( the LEDs) in Parallel rather than Series, as then I could easily add more LEDs..

A new cover image ( for Facebook)-// That’s what I wanted to create today. To show my other side, that is not artistically serious. That is fun, and loves music. //

Rare Music….

My followers, you know me right.. I love Trance Music; i listen to it all the time. I love to party to it,. But no matter how much of an Armin Van Buuren fan I might be; I still like some of those ‘other music’ …. Here’s what I’m listening to as I write this post…. Enjoy this lovely song…

Splashes of Music…

Good Morning everyone! 🙂 . I feel very fresh this morning as there was heavy rainfall almost all the night, and the cloudy, watery weather just splashes one with energy. I have taken some photos of the scenery too, and will make a new header for my blog today.. 🙂

_____

So, Splashes of Music. The way that music affects us..is sometimes indescribable and difficult to display on a canvas or ‘encode’ the same feelings in a photograph.  So, I was naturally, very joyed to see this photograph by oO-Rein-Oo on deviantART ( http://oo-rein-oo.deviantart.com/ )..

Here, Dive Into Music

Image

See how the dark cassette contrasts with the teal water. The effect is that they both compliment each other, and give an effect of music ‘splashing’ on your faces.. Feel it? I do!

___________

His other photographs are very very vibrant too, and have somewhat similar effect on us.. Here are some:

Inspiration- just hit me!

Howdy fellow bloggers! Well, If you have been following my awesome awesome  blog till now then you mut know that an artist (hehe) I am, but I get the annoying ‘block‘ from inspiration a few times….. I make poor quality art when not inspired, as I dont put out all the emotions in my art then (as there is an absense of emotions/surreali-ty in art itself) …… though, when inspired; things get kinda awesome!

So, yeah, back to my story that how inspiration came? well, I was bored and annoyed (due to something.)  and just turned on the TuneMark app in my ipod and listened to an amazing song on Digitally Imported Radio: Vocal Trance….And

BAM!!!  Inspiration! To create a enchanting Oriental (japanese?) landscape scene on my canvas….. And this will be made with a knife instead of brushes… So the next time I post (probably tomorrow) I may have an awesome painting to share with you all! 🙂

Oh Yeah, I had almost forgot, here’s the song I listened to:
